Future PGA stars?

We took the boys to the range over Memorial Day weekend.  We don't have little Tiger Woods on hand (which amazes me how skilled he was at 18 months old) but all we hope for is interest in the sport.  Owen is showing definite interest and Eli just wanted to collect the golf balls. Owen's swing isn't terrible, but I think his clubs are a little long.  We gave Papa the mission to get a few clubs cut down to size for him so maybe it will be easier.
I want to play!

Not to shabby of a follow through!

We liked putting!

First Day at the Pool

I still remember the anticipation of going to the pool for the first time, Owen and Eli were so excited.  Owen was bright eyed and cheery way too early on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend.  We went there right went in open, they were both jumping out of their skin.  It was a beautiful hot day, which made getting in the cold water not so bad.  They had a moon bounce set up and free snow cones to celebrate the opening of the pool for the summer.

How high can I jump?

Weee!

Day at the Firehouse

Our firehouse here in Ashburn has family appreciation days twice a year.  At the appreciation days they have various activities around safety, rides on the firetruck and moon bounces.  The boys had a great time, especially the firetruck ride.  They sat up in the front and they got to wear headsets and they got to talk to each other and hear what the firemen were saying.  It was a good day!

Excited about being at the Firehouse

Off the bus, they talked about Bus Safety

Giving the Karate Instructor a high five as part of the Stranger Danger Session
